Ingredienti per 6 persone:

200 g di cioccolato fondente
·
100 g di mascarpone
·
4 cucchiai di zucchero a velo
·
100 gr di nocciole tritate
·
cacao amaro per copertura
(o, ancor meglio, nocciole o pistacchi tritati)
Spezzettare il cioccolato e
fonderlo a bagnomaria, lasciarlo intiepidire ed unirvi il mascarpone e le
nocciola tritate, amalgamando bene. Riporre
in frigorifero per un paio di ore e poi formare i tartufi della grandezza di
una noce ed arrotolarli nel cacao o nelle nocciole tritate. Riporre in
frigorifero fino al momento della consumazione.
